This simple and accurate positioning mechanism that is void of heavy rods, bearings, belts, or robotics, will usher in a new generation of completely independent print heads. With it's unique low profile extruder design, multiple unrelated items can be printed simultaneously, large items will print much faster by dividing the workload between heads, and differing materials and diameters can be utilized at the same time.
